Overview
As Shoparize expanded its B2B offering, the brand needed to evolve into a more cohesive, modern, and enterprise-ready identity without losing its recognizability. What we did was a careful evolution: sharpening what already existed while making it more consistent and easier to apply across touchpoints.
Key challenges included:
Evolve, not reinvent: Updating the visual identity while keeping it clearly recognizable for existing users.
Fixing inconsistency across touchpoints: Aligning visual output across marketing, sales, and product materials.
Making the brand usable: Translating the existing brand into a clear system with rules, reducing ambiguity in day-to-day design work.
Designing for scalability: Ensuring the brand works across LinkedIn, decks, one-pagers, and editorial content without constant redesign.


Process
The project was structured in phases combining creative exploration with system thinking.
Exploration of directions: Developed and tested visual directions that evolved the existing identity while staying within its core foundations.
Systemizing the brand: Translated the chosen direction into clear rules for typography, color, layout, and visual treatments — reducing interpretation and increasing consistency.
Template development: Built practical, reusable templates across key touchpoints, ensuring the system could be easily applied by the team.
Real-world application: Applied the system across social, sales, and editorial formats to validate flexibility and usability.


Result
The result is a refined and structured brand system that balances recognizability with clarity, enabling the team to create consistent, high-quality content with less effort and ambiguity.
