Overview
Chapter AI is building the future of technical support in, using AI to help professionals in the energy sector access expert knowledge instantly, right in the field. When we started working together, they had no in-house designer — and still don’t. They needed hands-on creative support to help shape their brand, scale their materials, and communicate a clear proposition to their clients.
Process
As their embedded design partner, I’ve been supporting Chapter on a weekly basis, adapting to a fast-evolving product and positioning.
Together, we rebuilt their entire website to reflect a sharper, more strategic positioning. We created scalable systems for ongoing content creation: from asset libraries and social media templates to whitepapers and sales enablement materials.
My role extended beyond execution: I often co-developed content and visuals on the go, helping structure both the visual message and the medium in parallel.
Working transparently and efficiently was key. In a startup environment where every pivot matters and every cent counts, my job was to deliver value fast — with clarity, alignment, and creative ownership at every step.
